Providing you with transparent, real-time service delivery information is the Goodman Online Service Desk – the backbone of our supplier management system.

Staffed by friendly personnel 24 hours a day, the Service Desk records and measures actual performance against agreed service levels. In real time, it will update you with progress reports in response to any service request you make. You can also review this information by logging on to a dedicated section of our website.

Ensuring timely interventions, the Service Desk also automatically generates work orders for any facilities requiring planned maintenance and statutory inspections. Where Permits to Work or special instructions, risk assessments or other procedures are required for either planned maintenance or reactive work orders, these are readily identified – enabling the safe, smooth and uninterrupted completion of any assignment.

Your complete satisfaction is our aim. So we use data collected by the Service Desk to measure our actual service performance. Your perception of this is captured by face-to-face interviews with each of our customers each year.
