As both your landlord and fit-out provider, we are uniquely positioned to deliver a seamless, fast and efficient services that ensures warranties are protected and landlord requirements met.

Our operations management begins with your own on-site Goodman Park Manager who will hold monthly meetings with you to discuss and review all relevant matters including:

  • Scheduled and completed planned maintenance and reactive tasks
  • Received or outstanding work orders
  • Any recurring issues
  • Additional project works required, ordered, commenced and completed
  • Service Desk performance reports by service type and supplier
  • Recommendations for service improvement or change
  • Health and safety and environmental audits

We’ve worked hard to build strong working relationships with our suppliers and hold monthly meetings with them to review service performance. Regular inspections of your buildings enable us to ensure the best standards are maintained.

Health and Safety
Facilities management by Goodman and our suppliers effectively manage health, safety and environmental risks. To ensure ongoing compliance, our health and safety performance and procedures are audited annually by external specialists. In addition, our Park Managers are IOSH trained and accredited.
